Failure to install item purchased

I purchased this item earlier today, "Feathered Fantasy Headdress for Genesis 3 and 8 Female" and could not install via DIM.... Tried to install this moring and also this evening...and the message is, "Download Failed".
Other items download/install fine, just not this one....please advise. Thanks!

I had that problem earlier with a different item and after about 100 tries, it finally went through. It’s possible Daz is having server overload or something with all the sales. Keep trying, maybe at an off hour...
I am having a lot of trouble with this right now, too. I also tried to download for manual install from my library via Chrome, but the downloads fail there, too. Sigh.
Also having the same problem. Can't download through DIM or the manual install of the site. Internet is working fine for me. Must be on Daz's end.
I have 10 files that are failing to download consistently. They span from the near top of the download page to the bottm of the page 1, only the same 10 files fail everytime. Yesterday I had hopes that a nightly backup/file check may replace the bad files, but they still don't download today. For awhile it seemed only older files were affected but the texture set for the Fantasy Horns Vol 02 isn't working either. I wonder if it is the same files for everybody.
I'm having problems with the following items:
Muelsfell Modular Path Set
Muelsfell Hagswood
Nature Plants Pack 1
Water Spring
Morphing Jack-O-Lanterns
Tactical Belts
Steam Powered Carriage
Beach Cabana
Fantasy horns Vol 02 Alchemy Textures
Anybody having issues with these files ?
Lost Utopian I have some of those items and all of them have downloaded fine for me.
Some of those worked for me, but I have a list of 14 files that won't download for me no matter what, not even from the website for manual install.
I started another topic about the same issue, what files refused to download seemed random, but when they refured the first time, the error was conststant with each attempt. Some I managed to download, one file, not at all.
Yeah I've been having trouble since yesterday as well. I just bought Deepsea's eagle bundle and the eagle environment won't download for me.
I currently have a list of 5 products that will not download via either the DIM or by the Manual method. I have submitted tickets for each of them. Hopefully they can sort it out soon.
Thanks for the infos! I'll try some again today but for the most part, wait for the weekend to finish.
OK...thanks for the advice...glad Im not the only one experiencing this problem.
Deepsea Egyptian Ancient Temple - Doesnt seem like a DazConnect issue - As the DAZConnect method didnt work, I tried the download both through IM and manually, the package only includes the Runtime/Texture files and misses everything else.
Submitted a ticket, hope this gets resolved.

The ones that had issues finally downloaded for me. Try at different times of day or better yet, late night. Maybe their servers are overloaded.
Rolling DIM install issues

The Poser version of the same product does install.
I label the problem rolling because I had the DIM download failure issue on other products in the past, which got cleared up (yay), but the problem has rolled to other products.
