Help! Install Manager said "Download Failed"

About SKU 23824, Install Manager said "Download Fail!" in "Ready to Download" tab status.
And the product appears "Ready to Install" tab when searhed with "sku::23824"
Trying install, it seems well, but there are some no effect icons.
So searched "sku::23824", the product appears in
"Ready to Download" tab and
"Installed" tab.
I tryed download again and again, but always failed.
Can anybody tell me how should I do ?

It sounds like there's an update that isn't configured correctly. If you go to your Product Library ( https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files ) and find the product, does it show 2 downloads instead of 1?

In the Product Library page, there are two download button sets.
(The button set means "download zip" and "dowmload" pair.
There are two sets.)
I have two files, one Genesis 2, one Genesis 3. ReadMe says... 2 core files. No updates since it was released. Refresh DIM and see if anything changes and try again. Check the log file if there are still errors to see what it says.
It's not just you, many people are having this problem since yesterday, there are a few threads about it. I just submitted a support ticket. We'll see what they say...

Sounds like it's back again. Yesterday and today I've had about 18 new files that are failing - but others have worked.
It is still borked, some of my latest purchases are still refusing to download..
This is still a problem. I have been unable to download the following products.
Pagen for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Female
Vo Maria for Genesis 8.1 Female
SP Hair 008 for Genesis 3 and 8 Female(s)
Caleela Hair for Genesis 3 & 8 Female(s)
I just tried to download something and it too failed. 5:00 am CST
Yes, the problem is not fixed yet. Daz is working on it.
May I ask how do you know that. Noone from Daz has said anything, do have some information that we don't or is the comment speculation?
I base that on the fact that the forums team who reported it to Daz was told they were working on it.
