DAZ 4.6.3.52 not shutting down

When I close the program the process keeps running.
If I launch the program again I have multiple processes and my Memory and CPU get pegged.

The only thing that seems to work is to open the task manager and kill the process.

Anybody else seeing this?

    It can take a little while to close after the application has gone from the task bar, how long are you waiting before using Task Manager? You appear to have the same anti-virus as me, so I doubt that is the issue.

    I was waiting upwards of 20 mins.

    That didn't seem normal to me.

    I have rebooted and it seems to be a bit better.

    Twenty minutes does sound a lot, though it depends on how much memory was used (and how much is available) I think.

    then EXIT
