Porefectionist download still

Since I posted this yesterday I have tried multiple time to retrieve the fourth part of this order and have yet succeeded. Now today add two more items that fail.

I have noticed a bunch of similar complaints for many different items by disparate peoples so I'm assuming I'm not alone with this difficulty. If this is the case the problem probably can't be fixed by a bunch of help tickets or am I wrong in this?

    Sometimes this has happened to me because my hard disk didn`t have enough space to accomodate the download.

    Maybe the DAZ server isn't set up to handle such a huge download. When I was downloading it, it started going at 560 megabits per second. Then it started rapidly slowing down and eventually said zero megabits per second. But I think it did download. I was able to do a bandwidth speed test while it was downloading, and did note that my bandwidth remained high even when the download ground to a halt.

    Okay maybe I was wrong about it downloading. All I see is the PDF file that explains how to use it as a "merchant resource".
