I've been looking through DAZ the whole eve but had no luck so far :(

    It's goldtassel's promo character, not for sale, but many people ask about it and apparently the skin is Osuine(not sure on the spelling) from renderosity.

    Osuine came out in 2018 and this hair was released in 2016. Unless they redid the promos, it can't be her this time.

    I'm pretty sure the characters in those promos are Victoria 7 and Olympia 7. (Not absolutely sure about Olympia, she may have been mixed with something).
