Here is the scenario: i have the latest DAZ instaled in my oooold PC, with a lot of content most of wich i don't even know where i have the installers :P
Finally i am buying a new pc, and of course i want to use DAZ there too.
I would like to know if there is an easy way to "migrate" all the content from the old installation to a brand new one in the new pc.
I am looking for a tutorial, guide, whatever!! But even if i like to think i know how to use DAZ, i am a total dumb axe when it comes to basic pc skills, so it wuold have to be a step-by-step guide, meant for a 9 year old to follow :)

Thank you very much!!!

Ok, I've pasted in the steps I use. Unfortunately I can't give you exact instructions because your system differs from mine in unknown ways. You will have to make some modifications to these steps; for example, your username is different than mine, your runtimes are in different folders, this doesn't take into account what to do if you use DIM, it's using the older Valentina database start/stop notes you don't need for the newer Postgres database, etc. But hopefully this gives a general idea, and you can ask questions. The quick summary is you need to back up your content directory mappings and your database, copy these and all your runtimes over to the other PC, then import the exported content directory mappings and database.

    --------------------------------backing up------------------------------
    DAZ STUDIO DIRECTORY MAPPING BACKUP:
In the Content Library tab, click on the menu in the upper corner and select Content Directory Manager.
Click on the text "Current Directories".
Click the Copy button, wait a long time for it to complete, click on the text (not the radio button) of the new copy and press the Rename button and rename it "backup", press enter to save the new name, then press Accept.
From the Content Library pane's menu icon, select “Content DB Maintenance” > "export user data". This creates a support folder with file in the first mapped native DS content folder (aka Runtime:support) which is currently "\Runtime\Support\UserData_1.dsx". Save a copy of this file somewhere.
Exit DS. Shut down the CMS (if using the older Valentina database): Start > All Programs > DAZ 3D > DAZ Content Management Service > Stop DAZ Content Management Service.
Go to the application data folder of version of DS to copy from,
    Windows XP: "C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\DAZ 3D\Studio4"
    Windows 7: "C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4"),
and move ContentDirectoryManager.dsx wherever you want to save it.

Copy all your content folders over to your other PC, along with the two files you backed up in the steps above.

    -----------------------restoring from the backup--------------------
Copy the backed-up ContentDirectoryManager.dsx into the application data folder(s) :
    XP: "C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\DAZ 3D\Studio4"
    Windows 7: "C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4")
If this is not a fresh install, overwrite any existing ContentDirectoryManager.dsx .
Copy the backed-up \UserData_1.dsx into the correct spot within the first mapped native DS content folder (aka Runtime:support) "\Runtime\Support" .

In the Content Library tab, click on the menu in the upper corner and select Content Directory Manager.
Select the "backup" radio button and press Accept. It will take a short while, and will replace the values in "Current Directories" content set with the values in the selected backup set.
Go back into the Content Directory Manager, click on the text of "backup" (NOT the radio button) and press the Remove button. Press Accept.
From The Content Library pane's menu icon, select "Content DB Maintenance" > "Re-Import Metadata...". Press Accept.
From The Content Library pane's menu icon, select "Content DB Maintenance" > "Consolidate file references" followed by "Scan known directories for files" .
Reinstall certain products that are half content and half in the DS program folder. I don't know what products this will be for you. for me that was pwGhost, TODO WHAT OTHER PRODUCTS, POSSIBLY ALL SHADERS THAT AREN'T SHADER MIXER PRESETS, MAYBE FIGURE METRICS. To reinstall, unzip the product into a temp folder, locate the top level folder named something like “DAZ Studio_4.5;4” or “DAZ Studio_4.5;4;4.x Public Build;4.x Private Build”, then manually merge those files and folders with the corresponding folders of the same names where DS is installed.
    XP: C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4
    WINDOWS 7: C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4
