Need help...Which character and/or Skin has been used here?

Hey all,

I seriously need your help. As I checked my render galleries, I just found this portrait render that I did a long time ago and thought to myself...damn,...what a great character and what a great skin.

So I checked my saved scenes, hoping that I could find this scene but infortunately I realized that I havend saved it anywhere. So at this point I need your help. I there anybody who is able to see which character I could have used here and if this is her skin or perhaps the skin of another character or whatever?
