Problem with Harper

There is a problem with the TwiztedMetal Harper https://www.daz3d.com/harper-for-genesis-8-female conflicting with this Harper https://www.daz3d.com/harper-hd-for-genesis-8-female and they both go on at the same time when you add the $1.99 item Harper Actor from Smart Content creating this mess:

    Yo dawg. I heard you like Harpers, but that looks messed up.

    I have reasons why I try to buy figures from only a couple PAs. I guess I'll add one more reason to those other reasons.

    I got the same mess and then Daz crashes,  The face is too hideous even for Daz.  I submitted a ticket

    I submitted a ticket too but tickets to tech support often take over 6 months to rectify. I wonder if it’s better to send to sales? I haven’t checked Mousso’s Harper yet to see if it screws with that but I’m assuming it will. It looked like the icon in smart content was even for Mousso’s Harper. Why don’t they check these things??? I’ll probably uninstall it and maybe even return it because I’m more interested in Mousso’s Harper working than this one anyway.

    Well, except P3D Harper who's not interested, and LY Harper's just giggling by herself.

    In the 90’s there were the Heathers, then came the Alexises, then the Ashleys, then Emilys, and I guess Harper is the new IT name? Although I never hear of Harpers in real life...

    Obviously the conflict should be resolved so the products work as advertised, but... I actually kind of like it. (notes combination for reference)

    There was just an update to Harper, but now there's no longer a character preset, just shaping and materials/shaders presets.
