About IK Chains and pinning

Hey there
I'm sort of new to animation, but I can already clearly see that DAZ is not a good program for this purpose. I mean, there is no way to pin/lock the feet of the characters to the ground, or the hands to anything else in the scene. The ActivePose tool is just not good enough and very limited. When I've seen that IK chains had been implemented in DAZ 4.12 I thought it would have solved most of my headaches... But no, just the opposite. That function is still WAY too buggy to even think to use it seriously. Like, limbs behaving like crazy at the slightest translation, and frequent crashes when skipping from a keyframe to another if more of two IK chains are in the scene. Anyone know if IK chains are going to be improved in the next update? Or not be considered at all?
