Bridge: Appropriate FBX does not exist! error message in Blender

Why is this happening?
Blender version: 2.90.1 , no major settings changed, using the install file provided on the blender site, windows 10 OS
Daz version is the latest up to date one, using DAZ install manager to install the bridge and update the program.
Blender shows the import plugin as 1.9.9
Im trying to move over a basic genesis 8 male model with 0 morphs and some random posing to make sure it works
I see files created in the C:\Users\<user>\Documents\DTB , some are obj and some fbx. Importing these directly just results in a mangled model.

Also have this issue! Anyone know where is DazToBlender looking for these fbx files? Can see files in C:\Users\<user>\Documents\DTB but blender DazToBlender says Appropriate FBX does not exist....
OK worked this issue out. Using the Public Beta Daz version. Fixed when I changed to the Public release.
How do you get the addon work with the public build (4.14)?
I have the same issue here with the FBX error in Blender. The suggestions from PJ3D did not work for me. I use DAZ Studio 4.14 Pro.
Did anyone else know any help?
I keep getting the same thing. "Appropriate FBX does not exist!". Does no one have any solution?
Has anyone solved this issue yet?
as far as i can tell its not working in blender 9.x it still works in 8.3 i'm using it as a stop gap load figure or scene in 8.3 save the blend fil and open in 9.3 it will need a new update
I am having this problem with Blender 2.92.0 and plug-in version 2.3.1. (DAZ Studio 4.15.0.14 (64-bit) Public Beta)
Any thoughts? Anyone?

SOLUTION:
(works for me) cuz i also had error "Appropriate FBX does not exist!"
Lets do it:
GO Here ->
YourComputer > Disk C > Users > USERNAME > AppData > Roaming > Blender Foundation > Blender > 2.92 > scripts > addons
COPY FOLDER "DTB" to your C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.92\2.92\scripts\addons
1st img showing from where you sholud copy your folder "DTB"
2th img where where you sholud paste folder "DTB"
Redownloded bridge file and let installer do its work. FINALLY have a zip file that works in Blender. Different bridge? NOW getting error...No FBX file exists.Using Daz 4.15....Blender 2.92 Plug in on Blender side is Armature: DazToBlender ver 2.3.1.1.. Working on 2.92?
seams it has something to do with Python. Ich changed the SystemDrive:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.92\scripts\addons\DTB\Global.py File and it works now.
AND
MATEKOP... worked even in 2.93.. u r a person who clearly knows wot he z talking bout... 100% solution
uninstall Bridge, update Daz3D, install bridge one again. Now when use script in daz3D you get info from Daz where ur files are - in new folder Brigde. Next i had to delete old DTB and taadaa, works fine.
I go tthe error using Blender 2.93 but happened to keep 2.92 install on my computer, so I ran that old version and it literally worked first time. No having to uninstall/delete/change directories etc.
Okay, while this method worked for others, it didn't work for me. I still get the "appropriate fbx does not exist". What's more, when I did this, in the preferences I get a worning to the effect that duplicate add-ons exist, showing the application data path and the program files path, DTB folder, and the file _init_.py. It advises to "delete one of the pairs" or something to that effect....not being very clear if it means just that file, or the folder DBT. Also, the Armature DAZtoBlender disappears until I delete one, or the other of the _init_.py files. In either case, the Armature DAZtoBlender is retored, but I still have the "appropriate fbx does not exist" error.
In all cases, I am also unable to get the Scripts menu to appear in DAZ studio. I have copied the Scripts/addons/DTB folder over from the application data path to the version specific folder, per another instruction I have seen. It is seemingly impossible to get the Scripts menu to appear in DAZ Studio.
I can usually get these types of installation issues sorted out, but it seems to me that while the Blender software looks pretty cool, the DAZ to Blender Bridge appears to be completely worthless.
I'm running Blender 2.92, as someone said Blender 3.1 doesn't yet work with the DAZ bridge. I'm running DAZ Studio 4.20 Pro.
I'm open to any suggestions!
