Was just about to ask the same thing!
The sword looks very much like -- but is not -- the sword from Weapons from Hell. And the axe looks a little bit like the one in Fantasy Weapons Set, but that's not it either.
The modeling style reminds me of Powerage or just possibly Sixus1. Or maybe IgnisSerpentis? But I haven't tracked down the exact product, if so.
Maybe something not-yet-released by Strangefate? Again, the style resembles their stuff a bit.
