Looking for some body parts

I'm trying to find some bits and pieces to use for a maccabre kind of render, but I'm not having much luck.

Specifically I'm looking for:

1. An eyeball, preferably realistically modelled (as opposed to just the round part of the eye, though that would suffice).

2. Teeth - like, single teeth. Some of them will be hung from strings, and I doubt such a thing exists, so I'm not even going to look for that, just trying to find teeth and figure out how to hang them myself.

3. Fingers would be nice. Separated from the body, of course. I can probably make do with this with some trickery/trans maps or something, but having just a finger prop would be great. Fingernails would also be great, though again, they could be easily replicated I think.

Basically I'm going for a horror-house, where all kinds of bad things have happened. You get the idea lol

I haven't had much luck finding any of this stuff, so I'm hoping somebody knows of some free or for sale items somewhere that they could point me at, please! Thanks!
