I'm alittle disapointed in Daz latley. After using Hexagon since it came out, I now finaly updated to a new computer and now Hexagon dosnt work. Now thats not my problem. I have made tickets asking for help or simple info on a product, posted threads and read alot of other peoples threads and know where have I gotten any responce.
If they are working on something or not all I want is a responce that acknowledges they got my request. It will not heart my feeling if thay are not continuing suport on the software, just let me know. Just bad customer relations... I'm just very unhappy.

The forums are peer-to-peer, so shouldn't be taken as any reflection on Daz as a company where support is concerned.
I have made other attemts to contact and enist tech suport other than just here. And I havn't had any responce at all. I'm voicing my disapointment. I like Daz and will continue to use there other products, untill they stop suporting them too.
Has the ticket opened? You should, at the very least, get a Thank you for contacting email and if you go to ZenDesk (Contact us) and log in you should be able to see your open tickets.
I did open a ticket, #345672 and nothing for a month on this one.
My ticket #317815 is coming up for its first birthday.
Fortunately I managed to fix the problem myself.

Because it never left it and was never considered to be bug-free enough to become a fixed release.

I would guess that 90% of the people working there are involved with marketing and nothing else. Just a guess.

The Pitchbook address is correct, it is the address listed on the home page. Daz also released a joke product that features a picture of the office building, which matches the Google Maps Street View, and even shows the address in the pic. So they are not shy about their office location, unlike how they are shy about showing female teenager's shoulders.
