Architectural Props are not showing up in Unity

Guys, I am having a problem with the DAZ to Unity bridge.
I had made a project in Unity with the preset "High Definition RP" since I want to make an animated movie.
I had tried to import the Secluded Island environment and its props using the bridge. But it's only showing the textures and the folders containing the textures. And yes it shows an FBX file called "SecludedIsland.fbx" alongwith a DTU file called SecludedIsland.dtu
When I try to drag the FBX file into the viewport, it does not show up.
Can anybody help me on this, Please?

Does the FBX contain actual data, it may be effectively "empty" (try viewing in another program)?
Try exporting one item at a time (ensure the single prop is selected) does that work?
You may need to reparent items in the scene in Daz to make this work so the FBX exporter picks them up (you can only have "one item selected" but it should bring in the children when it can).
Do you get what I get when I transfer Maxx by Soto? https://www.daz3d.com/maxx-hd-mega-pack-for-the-brute-8
Just an outline as all the shaders are set to transparent?
I replaced the scene with this resort prop. But I'm afraid the results are not up to the mark. I mean - look at those trees, man!
Make sure you are using the prefab not the fbx when placing it into your scene. The plugin should automatically do this for you if it does not, select the .dtu file and open the plugin window and go to Commands -> "Create Unity Prefab from ...". There will also be a "_Prefab" folder next to the fbx/dtu file with it.
Only the selected item (and children nodes) in Daz will be properly exported, you can reparent nodes in Daz to ensure the chain is exported correctly.
Attached shows a scene for the "Coconut Palm Leaves 1" exported from the "Secluded Island" environment in Unity.
