Advanced Rendersetting, question.

I am not sure if I should leave the default settings as they are, in the bottom part of the Advanced render settings.

I am running Daz Studio 4.12.1.118 and those Advanced render settings look different from Daz Studio 4.11 that I was running previous to this one.

They are new controls, their default values match the previous behaviour.

The Scheduling section allows you to limit the number of cores used for a CPU render, so that your system works less hard and you can continue to use it.

CPU fallback is when there is an nVidia GPU but it fails to work or drops out (e.g. due to running out of memory) - by default the system will continue tor ender, using the CPU, but you might prefer it to simply stop.

The other two check for suitability of the hardware/drivers - I'm not sure why you might want to turn them off. Ah, see this post for a proper description https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/5274781/#Comment_5274781
