Can daz 4 be made to look like daz 3. By that I mean to look similar to the image I attached.

DAZ Studio 4 and up, is fully customisable.

If you go to Window > Workspace > Select Layout, you can change to several different ones that come with DS4. You can close panes, and move them to where you want them, and using Window > Panes (Tabs) you can select which panes you want open when you run DS4.

You can also change the colours using Window > Style > Select Style, and there are several ones supplied with DS4 for you to use Once you have a setup that you want to keep, save it using Save Layout As (F4) and that can become your default layout. You can also save the Style using Window > Style > Save Style As.

    See if that helps.

Does anybody remember where those layouts get saved if I want to track them down and back them up?

And how I can use a style of DAZ Studio 3. In Daz Sudio 3 was a style named "cararra". This one was the best for me and Imiss this so much.

I don't know of a way to use a DS3 layout in DS4+, but if you have a look at my post above, you can get fairly close if you use the Layout and Customise options to change the colours as well.

I'm afraid that you will have to do it yourself.
