Cleaning up Smart Content?

I'm sure I've asked this before, but I can't find the thread, and I've forgotten the answer.

I've been trying to tidy up my pose library - there's no point in me keeping slightly different poses for say Darcy or Bridget when I'm not using those shapes and I'll have to do some manual tweaks anyway, and it just means more stuff to trawl through.

However, Smart Content is still listing the stuff I've removed, albeit now as dead links, and there's nothing useful like a "remove from Index" command on the right click menu. What's the correct procedure here?

  • Go to "Content Library" pane and navigate to "Categories/Default/Saved Files".

Select broken files (Or highlight a group) then Right Click and select "Remove Orphaned Reference"

Ultimately, none of these files would show up under that category - these are not files I have saved myself, these are products (mostly from Pro Bundles) where I wanted to remove portions of the install. (I wanted to remove all versions of poses customised for specific morphs, as the duplicates weren't helpful).

However, I was able to track them down under a different poses category to clean them up there, so thanks anyway!
