Ear Gauge Materials Not Matching

I bought Ariens Guaged Ears for Genesis 8 Females and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the materials to match. The skin is an Iray MDL. I'm clicking to match the IRAY materials. I saw somewhere else to check the parameters for geohells in your parameters, but I have none. Any help would be appreciated, because I feel like I've just wasted money on this product. Thanks!

    Usually this happens when you apply a so called geoshell to the figure. The extra surface parts for the gauged ears need to be made invisible on the geoshell.

    An example of this is when you apply the makeup geoshell of Astrid. In your case this can also come from a different product.
