Is it possible to see all hidden object in scene tabs ?

Hi,

Keyword in scene tabs search tool exists ? I didn't find a documentation on this.

I want to see (and not show) all hidden object in my list on scene tabs.

I know how to hide or show, it's not the question. I just want to display them for select them or not.

Best regards,

Eric.

  • Not that I am aware of, other than by using a script to append a bit to the end of the label text and filtering by that.

  • Hum, it's a way. I search that, thanks.

They are no "key words" in this search field ? (like google)?

As far as I know it's a literal label-matching process, no other data is considered.

You properly know this already. But you can expand your scene list to see everything listed that has been loaded.  and then collapse it again when your done looking at the items then you won't have to do a search you can see everything listed once the scene view has been expanded.

Simply click the top of the scene and right click and select "expand all"   this will open everything loaded in the scene tab for viewing or editing. that is the best way I know to see everything loaded in your scene . I never heard of searching for hidden items before on the scene tab.  I am not sure why they have a search for the scene tab when your can right-click expand all and see everything loaded. hidden items will have the eye icon clicked off. I think the search option box is a carry over from the content library tab. but thats search on the scene tab has never done anything helpful for me anyway
