Genesis Dress doesn't Move with pose...

I'm using Cat World Regenesis HD - Lion Sku: 18209 with Dragon Queen for Genesis Female SKU:15323 The dress fits a little oddly because of the feral legs in T-pose. I can't seem to make it flush with floor from back end. But more Important is that when I pose the figure in any dramatic pose other than a subtle walk or at rest type positions. The dress just doesn't move. I'm not sure if it's just designed that way or if I'm doing something wrong here is a link from my Daz gallery: Genesis dress mess up I just might have to switch up the dress altogether pending responses.

Any advice welcome tyvm for your time.

    There are most probably handles to pose the skirt.

    Yes that's what I included in the picture but they focus mostly with the bottom opening and a sit slider of sorts along with a few adjustments for poke thorough, unless I'm misunderstanding you.
