How to backup your Daz Studio installation.

Hi Everybody,
Can anybody point me at some instructions on how to backup your Daz Studio settings and content so that if you have to rebuild your machine you don't have to reinstall everything from packages again. I've tried a couple of times but it never seems to work properly when I try to restore.

How do you install? You onviously need to back up the content diectories, if you install through Install Manager (or, I think, Daz Central) you need to back up its Manifests folder, and you need to back up the configuration files and the database, which are in the AppData folder so they should be caught by any decent back up solution.
