Is there a way to OK all dialogue boxes in advance?

Hi,

 

Is there a way to okay all dialogue boxes in advance? I'm downloading my library onto another drive (my connection wasn't stable enough to connect the two drives and copy them that way, and with software it was taking too long). But I'll go to bed expecting loads of files to have been installed when I get up but there'll be a dialogue waiting for my aproval which usually happens, probably, about the time, my head hits the pillow. It's taking forever.
