1: Render without a background and save the rendered image as a .PNG or Tiff which preserve the Alpha. However you will get a fine outline so if using Photoshop you will need to use Defringe to remove this outline. And the bigger you make the render the better Defringe will work.

2: The alternative is to make the figure all white, with no spec, reflection etc, just diffuse. Keep a light in the scene at 0% intensity which will turn off the Preview Light, stopping it from rendering, Make sure the background is pure black and use the rendered result as a Mask in Photoshop etc.

I am hoping that is what you want as I cannot read the text on your image posted...too small and when I blow it up I still can't read it. yeah

I think I may be on the wrong track there.

    Ehh,sorry that's not what I want

I want to create a face like this image
    To do this
I need to import this image to DAZ,and set opacity
Then I can see both Image Face and V4 Face
So it's easy to adjust V4 Face to Image Face

About image, all I want to show are Red Text and Image
Little White Text, just ignore it,it doesn't matter at all

Well after reading it a few times I thought that is what you wanted but I had to make sure.

The only way I can think of doing it is to load a Plane Primitive for the Create Menu,
Select the plane and go to the Surfaces (Colour) Pane
In the Diffuse channel beside the colour bar (Left) is a little Arrow pointing downward click on that and select Browse
Go to where the reference Image is stored and select it.
Then in the Opacity Channel adjust the Opacity to the desired setting.
Go in to Orthographic Camera Front mode and position the plane in front of the figure's face.

However Daz Studio will not resize the Plane to suit your reference image so you would have to rescaled by Eye. I do this via Blender as you can import an image as a Plane and the plane resizes automatically. I then export the Plane as an OBJ and Import that into DS.

One easy way to do this is to calculate the ratio of the picture first. For example, a 1280x720 picture has a ratio of 1280:720 = 1.777777778 => 1.78 which means that the width is 1.78 times the hight

    - Add a plane primitive to your Studio scene
    - In the Parameters tab for the plane set the width to 1.78 and the hight to 1.0
    - Use the Scale tool (or Parameter) to uniformly scale the plane until it is of the desired size

    As explained by Szark:

    - Place the image in the Diffuse channel. It will be sized correctly.
    - Set the opacity in the Surface tab to the level that works

    Cheers.
