6.99 is the PC price, which is 65% off the list price.. it's not included in the sale because it's so new.

But the PC price is supposed to be 70%. There are several of these, not many though, mostly clothing. Not all of them are new. several months at least.

The PC discount on full price varies, it has to go from something.95 full price down to somethingelse.99 PC price, obviosuly the extact discount depends on the whole dollar parts.
