  • Yes.

I mean, it might, but we'll need a bit more information to be honest ;)

Best bet is to send some out so we can open up our computers and see if it fits. We'll let you know, I promise wink

  • Does that fit in my computer?

No, it definitely will not. The way it works is you send it to me, I install it in my computer and then it will remoptely render for you.

(that's a joke for the humor impaired)

There's no way for us to know without more information.

But if I have to remoptley render, What do I do if you are busy on your computer? I have a better idea. send me your brand new super fast mega PC with the 3 year service contract and I will in turn send you my old slow often dropped laptop. What could be fairer?

Actually, I was trying to make the point that while that is a fantastic prize, unless it goes into my computer, it is a $3000 dust collector.

Kind of like a prize of a brand new ferrari engine. Wow! but it won't go in my ford edge.

  • Speaking of dust collectors...

When the iPhone first came out, I remember being in a bar on the Peninsula.

There was a group of techbros at the next table. One of them had purchased two iPhones... one, he had opened, and was showing to his friends. The other was a new, shrink-wrapped box.

WHICH HE HAD STOOD UP ON HIS TABLE TO SHOW EVERYONE THAT HE HAD PURCHASED AN IPHONE. The box wasn't laying flat... it was placed, on end, on the table. Very proudly displayed.

So, if you had a new in box NVIDIA Titan RTX card, you could just take it around during your bar night, stand it up on the table to show off to your friends, just like we do in Silicon Valley.

    yes

You enter the case model of your PC & the card model on PC Part Picker & it usually knows.

Well, worry about that if you win it :)

LOL.  I also live in silicone valley, and if someone were bragging out here about a 3000 dollar anything I'd scoff and mention that I'd need two of those just to cover my rent for the month ;)
