Migration to new PC question

sorry for all the dots, but I'm posting this from my phone and the carriage return doesn't work. ......
I am about to purchase a new desktop PC and I'm terrified on how to migrate Daz Studio to the new PC. ........
Is it as simple as backing up and restoring directories? But which ones? I normally back up my user directory, and I always restore that to a new PC: .......
Users/User1/DAZ3D/Studio/My Library ......
I know that is where all the third-party content is installed, so I should not have to reinstall all the third-party content if I restore this directory. ........
That much I have figured out. .......
But should I also back up and restore directories in the public user area that pertain to Install Manager and smart content installs? And will it recognize all the installed content once I then reinstall Daz Studio? .......
I believe it's these two directories:
Users/Public/Public Documents/DAZ 3D/InstallManager (and)
Users/Public/Public Documents/My DAZ 3D Library
....... Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have no idea what I'm doing, and Windows 10 update just disabled my network card on my Alienware PC, which is one of the reasons I'm going to be upgrading to a new PC.

Makes sure that nothing that uses the Content Management System is running when you back up the user-folders, otherwise the database may be in a state off lux and the back up therefore invalid.
The Manifests folder in the Install Manager folder has details of what was installed (assuming you haven't changed the location) - if your installed files are in the Public Documents folder you can just copy thata cross, if DIM is writing to another location then you will need to chnage it to match on the new system or open DIM, set the new path, and then in the Installed tab select everything and then from the right-click menu choose the reinstall using current path>selected items option (or you can edit the .dsx files). The location of your non-DIM files doesn't matter, as long as DS is pointed to the content directories, as the database uses only relative paths (the location within the content directory).
Applications and anything that installs as a plug-in (actual plug-ins, plus some scripts and older shaders) will need to be reinstalled on the new system.
Thank you Richard! I didn't change any of the Daz Studio or install manager default paths, so that's one less thing to worry about. I'm nervous but at least I know what to do now...... Much appreciated.
