TOA Ryder for Genesis 3 Female(s) won't update

DIM shows TOA Ryder for Genesis 3 Female(s) has an update but it won't download. Tried downloading from product page and got message that the page doesn't exist. I prefer to continue using DIM, is this an issue that can be fixed?

    The DIM servers have been having download issues off and on the past week. Not sure how the product page would be giving you a message that it doesn't exist.

    You may need to file a ticket for a product that won't download if the situation persists. That said, they're about to replace the store software and its connection to DIM, so it might be worth waiting until the end of next week, after the early settling out is done.

    For what it's worth (not much), the readme for TOA Ryder shows the last update as January 8, 2020, for some metadata issues. I also have TOA Ryder, and DIM isn't showing me a new update, so there may be something else going on.

    For me, DIM is showing an update, with a package date of 2020-10-07, but fails to download (log: Error - 404).

    I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the additional downloadable files made available in OBJ, FBX, Unity, etc. Same thing happened to me with Starship R01. DIM kept failing to download it. Product page kept failing. OBJ and FBX which are larger files and appear to be on the same server came down off the product page just fine. I was able to download the default DAZ ZIP file from the product page by utilizing the resume download funcion after it failed. Strange.

    TOA Ryder I eventually got to work in DIM.
