Why is my Platinum CLub Membership cancelled?

I noticed I was not getting the proper discounts from ther PC+ sale.  I saw where others said in the sales thread and found that my Platinum Club membership shows to be canclled?  I did not cancel it and it shows to be good until 4/13/2021 so why was it cancelled?  Well there goes what I was going to buy today.

    I think there's a bug after the store upgrade - mine is cancelled to and shows the date as '0000-12-31'.

    My Platinum Club membership was cancelled too, current status cancelled and expiration date 0000-12-31...

    I bet on a bug in this shop update...

    I hope they will keep the same platinum for a day after repair it

  • I'm in the same boat. Yesterday I had the 2 x $6 Off coupons, now if I click on Platinum Club I get taken to the buy it page, despite that my Membership doesn't end until 2021. I  tested by adding a PC+ FAD to my basket and it came up full price.

  • I figure it is an error from the update but I sent a ticket anyway and suggest everyone else who had their membership cancelled sentd a ticket too.  DAZ has to stop messing up like this.

    It's just a teething prob.. we're aware.. and it will be fixed. So filing additiaonl tickets isn't necessary.

    Yep -- me too. Paid up to 09/06/2023 and it is now completely gone with a friendly note in my shopping cart telling me how much I could save if only I was a PC+ member.

  • Looks like it's not an isolated case. The dates in my PC member page look a bit... Y2K.

    that is not nice

    as i had a lot of products in my basket for 1,99 and now that is all gone

    and impossible to load again.

    I hope after it is fixed this action continues

    Same here. It's saying canceled and I just renewed. LOL

    However, the latest line in the history says when the membership ends. However, no coupons are displayed anymore. sad

    I'm sure they will fix this right away. I would hope.

  • I submitted a ticket already, but mine has also been randomly canceled.

    If Daz needs to hire competent IT people, I can have a few send resumes. (That's only half sarcastic. These last couple weeks have been a charlie foxtrot and I am beyond frustrated at this point.)

    Besides no PC membership prices or monthly coupons, I also noticed that when I ran DAZ Studio and logged in, it updated metada for ALL my products (over 1400 of them). Hope this is not anything other than a refresh. 

    It usually only updates metadata on newly installed products when you log into Studio. 

    I worked in IT and I tested, tested, tested anything new, so I would think that at least making sure memberships work would have been one of the important things to check for on a major new install. Yikes! Hope they fix soon.

     

     

  • Will the $1.99 items from today be available again tomorrow due to glitch? There are several items I wanted to purchase but since my PC+ is marked as cancelled, items are at regular price. :(

    Well it's 3 AM here in Europe ... waited hours to the end of the maintenance periode.

    Now, no sales at all, regular pricing on all items.

    The store update lead to major improvements, did it?

    I wonder if doing a major upgrade during the change of Daylight Saving sent the databases into a date check frenzy?

    I am the same. 3:09am. Still not able to order, but because I stayed up waiting... I will not be awake to order before it refreshes.

  • It's literally only hours old, please bear with us while we get the bugs ironed out.

    I'm closing this since it's a know issue and we're working on it.
