What To Do If Tech Support Is Broken?

So, when you come to this forum it says "Please note, bugs are reported by opening a Technical Support ticket http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us."

But, what do you do if THAT won't open?

Trying to purchase some things while they are on sale but the site is still broken.
