I'm not one to complain much about a free program, but this is seriously bugging me
Before I updated I was able to control multiple parts using the scene tab.
Now your required to select those parts in the scene, then go to parameters.
Then select them all, then you can move them. I'm not digging that.
Also I don't like the new rotation method for primitives.
I catch myself fighting to get the them rotated correctly.
Especially if your using planes to build walls and floors. If its at a 90 degree angle Z (X and Y) rotate the same directions.

The multi-selection issue happens if you have both Consolidate Properties and Display Separate Items checked in the Parameters pane option menu - the lined button in the top-corner, or right-click the tab. If you uncheck Display Separate Items you will get the old behaviour.
The rotation issue is called gimbal lock, it isn't new but you should be able to get round it by going to the Tool Settings pane and at the top select one of the other coordinate options.

X Rotate - 90 or + 90
Z and Y become identical rotations...

This affects only the parameter sliders - use the viewport transform widget, then if need be tidy the values up in the Parameters pane (or use Snapping in the Tool Settings pane to hit precise increments).
There is like a thousand options in tool settings where is it? Also this is a new update of some kind. It never used to do this. This is a sudden change and I liked using the parameters. :/
This shouldn't be new - gimbal lock has been around since the earliest days of Poser. Anyway, the Universal tool will work regardless - though I usually set it to Use World Coordinates at the top. To turn on Snapping click the button for the type of snapping you want (Rotation here) in the Snapping block, about half-way down, and if needed adjust the snapping angle step in the box below the button.
