I bought an item last week that was really disappointing. I submitted a return ticket the next morning (thurs?) and it's Monday and I still haven't heard back. I don't want to do it again and bungle up the works but how long should I wait before I do that?
Thank you for that Kerya, I didn't know there was a tracker. My ticket was seen and responded to within 20mins of me sending it. The store credit didn't come through though so I submitted an additional ticket. Thanks for this link, that will certainly help me track my issue :)

There are most probably a lot of tickets in the backlog due to the PC sale and now the store upgrade, so it takes longer than usual to process them.
Did you receive the automatic email saying your ticket was entered?
Yes I did. So just sit tight then. No biggie.
