Account issue

Siince two days my account doesn't work properly. Yesterday all items I was putting in my bascket were at full price and I wasn't able to submit a ticket. Today I am still getting the issue with some items such as the 1,99$ for a day. It looks I am not alone with this issue. I hope it will be fixed quickly and that there will be last catch-up to compensate the last one which wasn't working.

    I can't even get to my product library to download needed products. The entire site is fubar.
