DIM Not showing new product purchases, or older purchases in download

I am using latest version of the DIM (as far as I know) 1.4.0.67.  Have refreshed, logged in and out. No owned content showing except what I've already installed. Any ideas? Same is true of Daz Central.

If you check the DIM log you'll see this -

2020-11-04 17:05:54.089     Json Parser (2,1): Syntax error - expected '{' or '['
2020-11-04 17:05:54.089 Unable to parse purchased products

This is an issue at the store end - or possibly between us and the store.

Yes, this is a known issue (affecting soem of us but not all).
