Unable to download and keep seeing a odd error

For some reason, I csannot see any downloads in the install manager.
I uninstalled everything, and installed the latest manager,
But all I get is this

2020-11-04 22:38:41.408 Json Parser (1,1): Syntax error - expected '{' or '['
2020-11-04 22:38:41.408 Unable to parse purchased products
2020-11-04 22:38:41.408 Invalid JSON formatting while processing purchased items.
2020-11-04 22:39:20.205 Saving Account Settings: Account

Also,  I had changed my e-mail address months ago online, and I can see all my purchased,
but in the manager I need to use my new e-mail, and old e-mail.   if I remove the old e-mail address,  then I won't see any old purchases.
(This was before I was getting the error above)

Any suggestions?
