Daz Central and Install Manager think there is an Update to install then do nothing

Install Manager opens then says there in an update.  I hit the update button, Install Manager closes and nothing else happens.

I just downloaded and installed DAZ Central.  It opened OK the first time but when I tried opening it after closing it - same thing - Update Detect3ed, select Update and nothing happens.

Any ideas what is goin on?  Windows 10 Home v 10.0.18363 Build 18363

I have the same problem. I tried to reinstall the latest version of both programs but the problem appears on and on.

The only way to use IM is to work offline. It's not an ideal solution but the only way it works.

There isn't an update, it's a side-effect of the new store software. Please follow this thread where issues are being reported (this one is already known) and updates given https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/447446/store-issues-known-problems-please-read/
