Maps not being collected

I just started using Daz again and when I export a model as an .obj file it does not collect any maps. The maps folder is there, the .mtl file is there, and the .obj file is there. I've ticked write surfaces/write material library/collect maps. I've been able to do this before but nothing now. I'm trying to import into keyshot. Also this might be related, when saving a scene Daz does not create the thumbnail as it usually does, instead giving me an error (see attached file)
