hello guys i really liked this outfit in the banner

and while it's looks like being this one:

it's have some details which make it's looks like "another one" like the tie being small, the skirt being small the outfit color being a different, then i would like to know if it indeed is the outfit from the link or is another one, if it's another outfit then i would love to know which one it is.

indeed its really looks like this one, the only different thing is the high heel shoes but it's not a big deal, as long the outfit is the same.
