Problems with animation after scaling?

Hi everyone I'm having some strange issues with aniblocks after I've scaled a model down to a smaller version (baby Triceratops) I've done all the alteration scaled it to 35% and shrunk the horns to a more juvinile look of the Dinosaur.
But when I place my aniblock (forward) it jumps like 10cm ahead on the the 2 sec mark, anybody had this sort of trouble before if so any advice on fixing this problem?
