I created a multi prop set in Hexagon and am currently trying to publish the content for DAZ. The only documentation that I found on how to do that was how to create .duf files. (which I did). Now I want to combine all of the individual props so they load together, then have additional material choices buttons.

All the props, textures, materials, displacement/ specular/ diffuse maps have been created I just to want transfer them into DAZ format..

Can someone point me in the right direction, please? Thanks,
Designem

For the grouped sets, just save as a Scene Subset. For the materials, save Materials presets after getting the surfaces set up in the Surfaces pane - make sure you have the maps somewhere in \Runtime\Textures, in a content directory, so that the saved items and presets use relative paths that will work on other machines.

Yes, and thank you for your help. I have so many questions...

Now I have the models in .duf format, however the icon (buttons) are the grey DAZ symbol.

I've created material presets but the icons don't show up in the folder.

I know there is a simple answer to this but I just don't know what it is..

To where did you save them, and in which pane are you looking at them when you see grey icons?

Okay, I get it. I can tell by the way that you inquired that I did something wrong. I had the files in a test folder so I moved them to "My DAZ 3D Library" and the icons showed up. Not pretty looking but they showed up. Next the materials...

    Thanks for the help!
