clothing not fitting how do I adjust from here (plz thanks)

So

I am animating a sheriff - she exists in real life this is a parody of her. 

so the shirt arms never end up right - they do this or go to a 45 degree angle, how do I fix that?

it's law officer clothing for genesis 2 and 3 males 

I just got a pc with windows 10

so my daz is a little newer

but on the mac I was able to get the outfit to wear correctly so this was unexpected.  The clothing fits other that the arms being stuck up on the shirt.

thoughts?
