Hello ,

I'm pretty new here ,and i'm a newbee ,even if i'm using daz since 8 month

I have download a figure who are intended to work with blender
1 - it's a blend file ,i have opened it on blender
2 - i have exported to a DAE file
3 - i have imported into daz
4 - i made some adjustements (size ,color surface ,create a group)
and here it is the problem :
mesh and bones are separated

How can i link them ? (Look at the screenshot in the attachement)

You don't. There are no Shape Keys (Blender's equiulance to morphs) with it so it would be completely expressionless. Furthermore it is designed as a low poly game mesh that would look out of place beside the high poly meshes that most Poser/Studio products are. And lastly I'm not so sure I would trust the models from that site are 'legal'.

No, I am saying it isn't worth the effort in my opinion.

Blender noob here so I could be wrong, but from the looks of things the rig isn't attached to the mesh in Blender, and with Collada being the pile of crap it is results in you not actually having a skeleton to do any rigging with.

It basically means you will have to start over in DS and rig it yourself.
