DZFire Cyborg Shaders Merchant Resource

I notice they are no longer on their store page, nor available to manually download from DAZ.  I am looking for their readme file which seems to be awoll from my computer on that product.

My question is:  Are they redistributable as is?  I  created a product based off them entirely.
