Just wanted to let you know that your Toonimal Kitty helped me earn a 4th place ribbon, in "counted cross-stitch verses" in the Home Arts competition at the Howard County (Maryland) Fair, this past week. The design was for a cat haiku, which is, "Grace Personified. I leap into the window. I meant to do that."

I'll also be entering this design in the Maryland State Fair, the Prince George's County (MD) Fair, and the Anne Arundel County (MD) fair.

I've used Toonimal Kitty in several other award-winning Cat Haiku cross-stitch designs, in previous years.

Very cool! Was that entered in the open class or Junior fair?

I can only enter in the open class, as I am an adult, and not in 4-H. :-)

Thank you, and everyone else who has posted a response. I'll let you all know how well I do with the other fairs I'll be entering, shortly.

    Hey, ya' never know! ;-)

I enjoyed 4-H when I was a teen. I saw some incredible pieces of art when I had my artwork shown at the state level.
