All Hallows Spooky Tree Stumps Roots and Mushrooms - fix for copying issues

One downloads, one unzips, no problem. BUT no one cannot simply copy the unzipped folder to other locations such as backup folders or over to install the content [if doing a manual install] because there are TWO files in essence with the same name. So one gets renamed or overwritten or skipped.
When making props one is supposed to have ONLY ONE data file for ONE object. Not two. Esp. with the SAME name. Technically speaking there is a minor difference between the 2 apparent names, there is an additional space in front of one of the names. Cute. But that space is not recognized when copying files in W10. Or even to other locations as some are reporting in other places on the internet. That is "why" [because somebody asked] the files have to be renamed. One cannot have 2 files with the same name in the same folder.
The aforementioned product does. The "only" way to get a copy of an unzipped folder is to unzip it to the new location. If one right-click/drags the icon, one gets right-click options to unzip the folder using 7-zip [presupposing one has installed 7-zip, an essential free utility].
I am not picking on this product, out of over 6,000 folders purchased here, this is the only one that had this issue.

You can rename files with a leading space from a command prompt using the rename command and judicious use of quotation marks.
ren "long filename.ext" " long filename.ext"
Notice the extra space before the filename in the destination. I have several old products that have that in user-facing files to make them appear first in the list. They all went AWOL when I copied the library to a new disc. Re-installing was one way to get them back, but the renaming was faster, and reinstalling left the old broken ones behind.
