Genesis 8 Starter Essentials Broken? Fixable?

I can't seem to get the male aniblocks from the starter essentials to work properly. The arms stay frozen in the starting "A" position all throughout the animation. The female aniblocks work fine, even when applied to a male figure. Is this a known issue? Is it fixable? Thanks!

PS: I haven't installed this week's update yet, so I'm still running 4.12.

Not sure if it will help, but I have had to reinstall G8 Starter Essentials a number of times over the past six months. Not sure what is going on. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?

I second the re-install, fine for me in 4.14 and  4.12.1 on my laptop
