Can't start DS4 all of a sudden

I had DS4 installed on my system for awhile and all of a sudden it hangs on the loading screen :/ tried doing a clean reinstall and nothing :/

    What operating system are you using? What is the last message that appears on the splash screen?

    Windows 8.1 and it gets stuck between building interface and sometimes connecting? to cms

    Did you install the PostgreSQL database? What security software are you using?

    Go to C:\Users\You\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4 (AppData is hidden by default, so you will need to enable the display of hidden files and folders in the ribbon bar - under View I think) and open the log.txt file. What are the last half-dozen lines?

    and I am using Avast! as my anti virus and i do not know if i have PostgreSQL database installed. will check now

    That's using the old Valentina CMS, but it does succeed in connecting. Is that the full log file?
