Failure to Install

I bought the I13 Theater product recently but can't get it to install via Install Manager. Just says "Install failed". I'm on a Mac. Never had a product do this before. Any suggestions?

    As a workaround, have you tried downloading from your Product Library and placing the file in the DIM Downloads folder?
