How to make translucid skin?

Hi all.

I have recently purchased iradiance crystal and wanted to do my characters skin translucid like the picture they posted. I actually would like to make the skin like the picture that the page of the product. Can someone tell me how I can do that? Thanks <3

Looks to me like refraction was used on the skin in that image.
