Quick question - copy the location of a prop

This is probably (should be) an easy thing but I can't seem to work out to do it.
I have a prop in a location in one scene and want to copy/duplicate those co-ordinates to the same prop in another scene (animation scene rather than separate files)
I can copy the x,y,z etc. manually and paste them but surely there is a simple copy/paste operation from co-ordinates/selected properties?
Many thanks.,

- You can save prop as scene subset and load it in place from saved preset
- You can select prop and save as Pose Preset and load as Pose in new scene
- You can Edit>Copy Selected Items then Edit>Paste to Selected Items (not sure if this info gets lost if you close the scene in between Copy/Paste, but in the same scene it will work)
Keep in mind if some props are parented to a group/null/figure/prop you're pasting a pose of the Prop you selected not the parent tree you may get different results. My suggestion is using Scene Subsets as the most accurate one.
Many thanks.
I have hundreds of scene-subsets .. but I noticed they took my longer then my scene saves ...
so I did my next scene-subset as a scene save .. still saved it into the place I put scene subsets

took 5 secs to save a cube as a scene, one minute and 30 secs to save as scene subset

one is label "scene" one is label "set" but they both load using the merge into scene
In fact the only difference between scene and subset (other than the time to save
seems to be the location.
one is in your content library the other wherever you save your scene files
