  • So it's a site issue and not an internet/browser issue on my end, then. I was wondering, as I often have to click on add to cart multiple times, both on the storefront and on individual product pages. I've sat there and waited in case the site was lagging, again, or whatever it is that loads so bloody far behind everything else that it causes constant personalized data errors was being even slower than normal.

    Nothing, it often takes another click and sometimes more to get things into the cart. Products also often end up just removed from my cart rather than on my wishlist when I click "move to wishlist" in the cart itself. Sometimes they don't get removed from the cart at all, either. The page will refresh as if they have been but they're still there.

  • Delays in site response often points to IT working on the site and keeping it live simultaneously.  It was delaying and often not adding to my cart on the first click for me as well, but I eventually, managed to get all the items that I wanted in the cart and the order pushed through with a PC+ membership coupon as well.  

    Definitely a lag going on, or unresponsiveness.  

    I raced to get my things purchased since the discount prices looked like they checked out okay.  I'm just afraid they might take things offline, since there is definitely something going on with the site at the moment.  (I dunno.  Maybe the site slow down is because people are frantically overwhelming the site in case it goes offline too.)

    it is slowly and you remove only one item before reload

  • It's slow as a slug in syrup, but for me it's always been remove/wishlist one item and then it reloads, well before the new software came online. Was it not supposed to be?

    Yes, that is the hitch for me. I'm going to change how I sequence my items by category to a pre-carting method so I don't have to deal with this. Or buy less stuff. Which will be very easy to do, especially if the entire store goes on sale tomorrow.

    Adding to cart was iffy before the changeover, too.  Problems adding to wishlist are new, though.
